This is a solemn little chorale in passacaglia form. That means that it just follows the same chord progression a few times, and then ends. And speaking of that, I’m aware that it ends strangely. When things clip along and everything works out nicely, I think of way to monkey with it. This entire piece went so smoothly that the only play for me to put a monkey was right at the end. I might change it back to where there's a pleasant ordinary ending, but for the moment, I'll keep this version around for the sake of the monkey.
